Are you a versatile marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a hands-on Coordinator to support brand marketing, trade initiatives, and digital campaigns through creative design, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration. Full Time/Direct Hire Onsite In Fullerton Salary: $75-85k Food/Beverage or CPG experience required What You'll Do: • Create and manage packaging artwork, point-of-purchase materials, and brand collateral to maintain consistent branding across channels. • Support new product launches with engaging sell sheets, catalogs, and digital content. • Plan and execute trade marketing efforts, including displays, retailer programs, and merchandising tools. • Coordinate logistics, booth design, and materials for trade shows and distributor events. • Work closely with sales to drive promotional campaigns and retail activations. • Manage website updates, email campaigns, and dynamic social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. • Collaborate with influencers and digital partners to boost campaign reach and engagement. • Track and analyze digital marketing performance to inform strategy and improve ROI. • Lead project timelines for packaging, POP production, trade events, and digital campaigns while partnering with sales, R&D, operations, and finance teams. • Manage vendors supporting creative production, printing, and digital tools. Who You Are: • Experienced with 3–5 years in marketing roles spanning brand, trade, or digital marketing, ideally within consumer packaged goods. • Familiar with baking, cake and cookie decorating, or food/craft culture is a plus. • Skilled in graphic design, especially Adobe Creative Suite. • Proficient in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic web updates. • Hands-on experience with trade shows, POP displays, or packaging artwork. • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
