24 Seven is partnering with a lifestyle and footwear brand to help them find a Digital Asset Manager to join their team in this hybrid role in Portland, OR. This is a full-time, 3-6 month contract role with potential to extend. While on contract you'd be eligible for benefits, including vision, dental, medical and more. Ideal Candidate: is a senior DAM professional with 5+ years of experience who has built or overhauled DAM programs in complex environments and knows how to balance governance with speed, usability, and adoption. Candidate also must be proficient in Binder. Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) contractor to stabilize, optimize, and scale an existing DAM ecosystem during a period of rapid growth. This role will take full ownership of the Binder platform, establishing structure, governance, and adoption across creative, marketing, and global teams. Key Responsibilities • Own day-to-day management of the Binder DAM, including configuration, metadata, permissions, and workflows • Audit and optimize taxonomy, tagging, and asset governance • Partner with creative, marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to align workflows • Manage asset ingestion, versioning, rights management, and archiving • Train and onboard users to drive adoption and best practices • Serve as the central DAM owner and escalation point • Identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommend long-term DAM improvements Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management or Creative Operations • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Binder (required) • Experience supporting enterprise or global consumer brands • Strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows
