Full Description

Communications Coordinator (Contract) • 6-month engagement • Onsite Monday–Thursday; remote Fridays We are seeking a seasoned Communications Coordinator who is, at their core, a strong Project Manager with a communications background. This role will lead a high-impact initiative to completely revamp how employees receive internal information. Today, employees receive a high volume of information through various channels; you will help evolve this into a more streamlined, visual and engaging internal communications program. In this role, you will be integral to building and launching a new weekly employee email that gives a clear snapshot of what is happening across the company – externally, internally, across brand work and global/regional events. You will work closely with stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization to design the strategy, define processes and own delivery of this new channel from concept through execution. What you will do • Lead project management for the launch and ongoing production of a weekly global employee newsletter. • Develop and refine the editorial and content strategy to better reach employees across offices, stores and distribution centers. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to set processes, workflows, approvals and timelines for internal communications. • Write, edit and curate clear, concise and visually oriented content for the newsletter and internal channels (e.g., intranet and collaboration tools). • Build toolkits, templates and best practices to support communications partners in various geographies and functions. • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure alignment with key business, brand and events moments. • Establish and track metrics to understand what resonates with employees and continuously optimize content and format. Who you are • Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in communications or content-focused roles. • Background working in a highly matrixed organization, comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities. • You bring a solid work history with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong professional presence and executive-ready communication skills. • Excellent writer and editor with a love for storytelling and an understanding of internal communication best practices. • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Resilient, adaptable and process-oriented, with a passion for making internal communications clearer, more strategic and more engaging. This is an opportunity to build something new, influence how thousands of employees stay informed and connected, and leave behind scalable processes that will live well beyond the length of the contract.
