Role Description This is a remote role for a Chief Technology Officer/Co-Founder. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological development and managing the technology team. Daily tasks include software development, establishing IT strategy and architecture, project management, and leading product development to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the platform and integrate new technologies is also required. Qualifications • Skills in Software Development and Product Development • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy • Knowledge of Architecture principles • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace industry is a plus
