Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Mandarin-speaking General Laborer to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support various production and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with factory experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate communication within our diverse team. Duties • Assist with assembly line operations, including the use of hand tools and power tools to assemble products or components • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility • Support manufacturing processes by handling raw materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining inventory accuracy • Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any mechanical issues promptly • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure quality standards are upheld • Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during operations Qualifications • Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with team members and management • Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred, especially in assembly line or warehouse settings • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery operation are highly desirable • Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus; valid certification is preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed This position provides an engaging work environment where your skills contribute directly to our manufacturing success.
