We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Mortgage Recruiter to help grow our national team of top-producing Loan Officers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top mortgage talent to support our growing organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and relationship management within the financial services industry. This role offers an opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives, develop talent pipelines, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: • Proactively source and recruit top Loan Officer talent nationwide through networking, referrals, social media, and industry connections. • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media management, cold calling, and lead generation techniques. • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach through signed offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. • Develop a deep understanding of loan officer economics to confidently communicate value and opportunity. • Learn and support our onboarding process to ensure smooth, successful transitions for new hires. • Partner closely with leadership to achieve aggressive recruiting and production goals. Requirements: • Proven success in mortgage recruiting or mortgage sales, with a strong track record of results. • Direct experience recruiting Loan Officers nationwide (required). • Strong mortgage industry knowledge and an established professional network. • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills. • Results-driven, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
