The Sr. Product Analyst will support the design and development of digital product and platform capabilities. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, operations, technology, legal, marketing, and product groups, to understand and prioritize business needs. The Sr. Product Analyst focuses on creating tailored solutions that support organizational objectives. By working closely with product managers and developers, they enhance client communication strategies and refine success measurement frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities: Support the prioritization of complex or high-impact features within the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align product features with broader organizational goals. Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage escalations, and build consensus by thoroughly understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints. Identify and assess risks that can impact the product area or interrelated features and work proactively to implement mitigation strategies. Manage the backlog and actively influence product strategies and provide insights and recommendations on complex, high-impact features. Resolve moderately challenging issues by partnering with peers, technical teams, and internal partners to deliver effective solutions and ensure timely resolution. Facilitate mid-level process improvements by actively participating in retrospectives for complex projects involving multiple teams or large-scale features. Develop a deep understanding of complex features and broader market trends, while recognizing interdependencies between different products and teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Analysts to enhance overall team performance. Engage in the collection and analysis of market data, customer feedback, and competitor information. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role supporting digital product development in an Agile environment. Solid experience supporting product strategy and feature prioritization by gathering and analyzing complex requirements and making informed recommendations to product owners and managers. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as sales, marketing, and technology) to ensure development aligns with business needs and goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings and explain concepts clearly to team members, stakeholders, and occasionally senior leadership. Proven skills in backlog management, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Experience identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and working with team members to resolve or escalate them appropriately.
