Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Talent Operations Analyst. This is a 6-month remote contract position. Candidates must be located in the USA and cannot hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $75.00; benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying operational gaps and opportunities for improvement by actively gathering feedback from the business and ongoing Workday enhancements. You will translate these insights and business needs into actionable problem statements, develop workflows, and define solution requirements to drive process improvements. As part of this, you will draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), develop test scripts, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are effectively implemented. In addition, you will prepare clear and comprehensive documentation and training materials to support process adoption and facilitate change management. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, demonstrate systems thinking, and are adaptable to change. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while effectively collaborating and communicating with multiple partner teams. Primary Roles & Responsibilities: • Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and detailed requirements for upcoming Client House process improvements and optimizations. • Collaborate closely with partner teams, particularly Talent Tech and Service Delivery, to identify and communicate areas impacted within Talent Operations and provide necessary support. • Take an active role in all phases of testing, including developing comprehensive test scripts and ensuring that all required data is accurately staged for testing activities. • Create clear and thorough documentation, such as work instructions and training materials, to support process adoption and knowledge transfer. To be successful, you are: • Experienced in HR systems and project management, with proficiency in employee lifecycle transactions within Workday. • Skilled in all phases of project management, including writing BRDs, conducting testing, and supporting change management efforts. • Adept at simplifying complex processes through clear documentation and flowcharts. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging and approach to suit different audiences and ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the change process. • Detail-oriented with strong data quality control skills, ensuring deliverables meet both quality standards and stakeholder expectations. • A continuous improvement advocate, leveraging process mapping and analytical tools to drive operational efficiency. • Collaborative and supportive, working closely with the Talent and Client House teams to identify needs, resolve issues, and deliver an outstanding employee experience. • Analytical, with the ability to interpret data, assess project risks, and develop effective action plans.
