Full Description

Our client, a financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a People Operations Analyst. The candidate will serve as a Workday subject-matter expert with a focus on data hygiene, reporting, and scalable solutions for mass data changes. You will partner with colleagues across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure accurate data, seamless processes, and operational excellence. This position is a remote 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA, without requiring H-1B visa sponsorship. The hourly rate is $33.79, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. No Corp-to-Corp. You Will: • Execute and validate mass changes using EIBs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data changes. • Maintain custom Workday reports and create scheduled reports. • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries; respond to global employee queries and data requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday, including end-to-end business process execution and transaction flows. Leverage a deep understanding of Workday's architecture and transaction lifecycle to optimize business process efficiency and maintain data integrity across the platform. • Identify trends and conduct analyses to propose and implement scalable, systematic solutions to People data and process challenges. • Train and upskill team members on reporting and mass loads. • Proactively document, maintain, and organize operational processes. • Collaborate with global People Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. • Perform other related duties as assigned. You Have: • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and end-to-end- business process transactions. Advanced report writing (i.e. Calculated Field) is not required but is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles with a focus on process execution and optimization. • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack or other collaboration technologies. • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume activities and aggressive timelines. • Exceptional ethics when handling confidential and sensitive information. • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not a hard requirement.
