Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Benefits Operations Analyst. A subject matter expert in all areas of U.S. Benefits, including self‑insured medical plans, 401(k), Family, and Time Off plans. This role will be responsible for tier‑3 benefit inquiries and escalations, and the operational administration of our client's benefit programs, including vendor management, compliance, and Open Enrollment support. This is a 12-month remote contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work Pacific Time, be authorized to work in the U.S., and not hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is $50.00; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C. Responsibilities: Benefits Administration • Experience managing the administration and vendor management for 401(k) and health plans, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and HSA. • Serve as the first point of contact for tier‑3 escalations and partner with our shared services team to resolve employee inquiries. • Experience and solid understanding of benefit compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination testing for FSA plans, PCORI, Form 5500 filing requirements, etc. • Content‑review management for our internal and external benefit sites. • Investigate and resolve enrollment errors within our HRIS system, Workday. • Partner with our Benefit Managers on strategic projects, including the implementation of new benefits, communication efforts, and adding new employee groups to existing plans. • Support Annual Open Enrollment. Requirements: • 2–4 years of benefits and retirement‑plan administration. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and effectively communicate with business partners while remaining highly organized and empathetic. • Experience managing confidential data with good judgment, tact, and discretion, while observing local and federal laws within the U.S. • Ability to partner across the business and at different levels. • Highly organized with the ability to manage different processes efficiently and with high degrees of accuracy and completeness. • Sound understanding of HR best practices for compliance and records management. • Experience with 401(k) and self‑funded health plans is a plus. • Experience using Workday is preferred (expertise in LOA and Benefits modules is a plus).
