About This Position We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven, and strategic Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and expand the visibility and impact of 211 Broward. This role is ideal for a confident and creative professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, managing high-profile events, and developing innovative fundraising strategies. The Director of Development is responsible for generating revenue through individual giving, corporate partnerships, special events, and planned giving, while working closely with the Board of Directors and executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.
