Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach campaigns to generate and qualify business leads, record activities in CRM, and collaborate with sales team.
Experience in B2B sales or telemarketing, excellent communication, familiarity with ZoomInfo, RingCentral, HubSpot, and knowledge of Silicon Valley markets.
Description: • Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads. • Make 100–130 outbound calls per day using RingCentral (within a 4-hour call window; 9AM-1PM PST). • Utilize ZoomInfo for contact research and lead generation. • Record and track lead details and activity in HubSpot CRM. • Follow provided scripts to conduct exploratory calls, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads. • Schedule appointments or close sales with targeted business clients. • Maintain accurate call and lead records. • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize outreach strategies. Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • English proficiency required; Spanish a strong plus. • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, RingCentral, and HubSpot preferred. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. • Located in or knowledgeable about the Silicon Valley and Central Valley business markets. • Dual monitor required.
