National Service Sales Manager - Service Contracts/Agreements Company Overview Our CONFIDENTIAL client is a leading supplier of entrance automation solutions for efficient flow of goods and people. We offer complete pedestrian, industrial and high-performance door solutions. We provide a wide number of products and services to a global clientele in more than 100 countries. Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Service Sales Manager in the Charlotte Metro area to lead and support service sales representatives across key U.S. markets. This role is responsible for driving growth in service contract sales, developing new offerings that meet evolving customer needs, and ensuring consistent training and performance across the team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong background in service sales, contract development, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities • Leadership & Team Development • Provide dotted-line leadership to service sales reps U.S. markets. • Coach and mentor service sales reps on best practices for selling service contracts. • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. • Sales Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement national strategies to grow service contract sales. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to refine sales approaches. • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align goals and drive execution. • Offer Development & Innovation • Develop new service contract offerings tailored to customer needs and market demands. • Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and value delivery. • Pilot and scale successful offerings across markets. • Customer Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their service needs. • Support service sales reps in securing new contracts and expanding existing ones. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Performance Management • Track and report on service sales performance across regions. • Conduct regular business reviews with reps and leadership. • Identify gaps and lead initiatives to improve results. Experience • Two – Five years’ experience in an outside sales role. • 5+ years of experience in service sales management, preferably in building systems, industrial equipment, or related fields. • Proven success in leading dispersed teams and driving contract growth. • Strong understanding of service contract structures and customer value propositions. • Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% to support regional teams and customer engagements. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in automatic doors, access control, or facilities management. • Familiarity with CRM tools, PowerBI, and data-driven sales management. • Background in developing and launching new service offerings. Compensation & Location This position will be located in Indian Trail, NC (South Metro Charlotte). This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. This client offers a hybrid work schedule with flexible start/end time and 2 remote days per week. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, performance bonus, monthly auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
