This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that enhance employee performance, client product knowledge, and customer support capabilities. The Training Manager will lead strategic training initiatives, manage a team of training professionals, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business development goals. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role requires the ability to communicate complex and evolving information effectively across diverse teams.
