Preferred 2 years restaurant experience, knowledge of food safety, ability to work fast-paced and in a team.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients - Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies - Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils - Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service Qualifications: - Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team setting Please note that this position may involve catering duties as needed.
