The Project Manager establishes, promotes, and implements initiatives, such as business strategy, and resources planning. The incumbent in this position supports the strategic themes, including but not limited to, the management of institutional and strategic reserves, forecasting methodologies and market analysis. Moreover, the Project Manager supports University-wide strategies and programs to promote research through partnerships and the development of scalable and sustainable activity that maximizes institutional entrepreneurial learning and impact. Department Specific Functions 1. Assist employees with Worker's Comp info. 2. Coverage for staff, and training for all new staff 3. Faculty/staff Meetings 4. BJF's for faculty payments 5. New Hires, interview preparations for Faculty and Staff 6. Assessments 7. Information assistance. 8. Workday approvals 9. Provider schedules- changes 10. Approval of PLR 11. Approval of Workday orders 12. promotions/terminations/write ups 13. reviews operations to ensure efficiency 14. place orders for IT, facilities, surplus 15. provides guidance to research staff 16. CMS Surveys 17. Productivity Reports 18. No Show reports 19. USWN yearly reports assistance 20. Budget 21. P Card purchases/ reconciliation 22. Providers- re-credentialing reminders 23. Providers-Licenses are updated 24. Stipends 25. Provide support with authorization and scheduling of procedures, infusions, and monitor and provide back up for the in basket. 26. Meeting with the Administrator 27. On boarding for new physicians along with 9th floor 28. Office maintenance and facilities- upkeep of the office. 29. Extremely proficient in excel, spreadsheets, writing letters, etc. 30. USNWR- Assisting with information. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
