Full Description

Full Stack Developer with Telecom experience ( 5G Components) Remote GC/USC Identifying, evaluating, and driving new development through an expert-level comprehension of software design, APIs, and web technologies. Designing, building, testing, and deploying services and APIs that will be integral to the deployment of network functions. Evaluating automation frameworks for effectiveness in service and network deployment acceleration (Ansible, Python on Robot Framework, etc.). Embracing agile methodologies and showing an aptitude for being able to adapt. Leading the effort to transform the way we do operations by promoting a DevOps mindset. • Most importantly they will be a contributor to the end-to-end automation of MPN Services using existing automation frameworks using Docker, Python, Flask, Node.js, Git with end goals of zero touch provisioning, high scalability, and closed loop in mind. • Engineer the MPN Services Automation to support the rollout of new environments, including but not limited to 5GC (SMF/UPF) • Partner with the MPN Application and Transport teams on Service Chaining In House developed app and Transport for 5GC on MPN, with an end goal of fully zero touch end-to-end orchestration in mind • Develop and engineer automated workflows to support service automation and orchestration to enhance efficiency and achieve scale • Develop enhancements to user interfaces to ensure ease of use for engineering and operations teams • Engineer and automate network changes to MPN infrastructure to facilitate deployment of new MPN service features that affect MPN Service Automation • Produce timely and accurate configurations and automated configuration models/workows for MPN Reliability Engineering that are in line with established designs • Technically lead the initiatives and development efforts by coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure critical development milestones are met What we’re looking for… Description: You’ll need to have: • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant work experience. • In-depth experience in Python and Ansible development languages. • In-depth experience in Flask and Node.js web app frameworks • In-depth experience in building & maintaining/integrating APIs • Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Utilized agile methodology with Git with a focus on automation in a CI/CD environment. Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: • 5G Components(SMF/UPF): 5 years (Required) • MPN Automation Services: 6 years (Required) • Python and Ansible: 10 years (Required) • Flask and Node.js: 6 years (Required) • Robot Framework: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
