Key Responsibilities • Lead caregiver recruitment efforts: Source, screen, and interview candidates using platforms like Indeed and ATS tools; conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires to build a reliable home care team. • Manage home care scheduling: Coordinate caregiver shifts, optimize availability in tools like Wellsky and Google Workspace, and handle last-minute adjustments to meet client needs in Glen Ellyn and surrounding IL areas. • Build relationships with referral sources, including local hospitals and community partners, to drive caregiver staffing and support business growth in senior care. • Track recruitment metrics and scheduling efficiency to ensure compliance with IL regulations and high standards of non-medical in-home care. • Collaborate with care coordinators and management on patient care coordination and team development, contributing to client satisfaction and caregiver retention. • Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and marketing support for home health aide and CNA recruitment events. • Perform other duties as needed to enhance operations in our family-owned senior living agency. Qualifications • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in business, healthcare administration, or HR preferred. • 1-2 years in caregiver recruiting, home care scheduling, or staffing coordination; experience in senior care or home health a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software, and ATS/CRM tools; familiarity with IL labor laws beneficial. • Strong communication and organizational skills with empathy for seniors and families; ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged; passion for in-home caregiving and team-building essential.
