Position Overview: The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand growth for Pure Protein, owning end-to-end brand strategy and execution across innovation commercialization, brand equity campaign development, and sales enablement. This role will serve as a general manager for the brand, developing brand vision and operating plans, stewarding the P&L, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong consumer-first mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through in-market execution. Job Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Commercial Execution Develop and execute the Pure Protein brand strategy and annual operating plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability Own the P&L, managing budgets and ensuring investments deliver strong returns Optimize the product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and merchandising Innovation and Product Launches Lead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful in-market execution Marketing and Brand Growth Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and in-person channels Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints Sales Support and Shopper Programs Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support retailers and drive product performance Develop tools and materials that help convert consumers and grow distribution Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus. 5–7+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing within CPG, food, or wellness categories. Proven experience owning brand strategy, commercialization, and integrated marketing campaigns. Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and retail execution. Experience managing budgets and P&Ls with disciplined financial stewardship. Fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen. Strong understanding of product development, launch processes, and brand building fundamentals. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; comfort with PowerPoint. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Salary for the Sr. Brand Manager starts at $170,000. Why Join Us?
