We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring our marketing ideas to life. We are a performance based digital marketing agency from NYC, NY. You’ll work closely with our Creative Coordinator to create clean, on-brand, and high-converting assets across paid media, email/SMS, and web.This is a hands-on role focused on design execution, production, and creative consistency. You’ll grow quickly, sharpen your craft, and contribute to meaningful brand work across fast-moving campaigns. What You’ll Do - Design ad creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) using established brand styles - Create email/SMS visuals, working within Klaviyo or Figma templates - Update, resize, and version assets for A/B tests and new channels - Support social posts, landing page mockups, marketing materials, and internal decks - Help maintain and evolve our asset libraries and design systems - Prep files for dev or export as needed (Figma, Canva, etc.) What We’re Looking For - 1–2+ years of design experience (freelance or agency work is great) - A portfolio that shows clean, on-brand digital work - Proficiency in Figma, Klaviyo, Braze - Strong visual instincts—layout, color, spacing, type - Detail-oriented with fast turnaround times - Open to feedback, eager to learn, and collaborative - Bonus: Familiarity with paid media specs or lifecycle/email design - Can assist in copywriting edits when needed Nice-to-Haves - Knowledge of Meta ad formats, Klaviyo templates, or motion graphics - Interest in healthcare, tech, or modern brand aesthetics
