The incumbent is responsible for the overall administrative and clinical operations of a large, high-volume Sports Medicine practice in Boston, MA. This role provides day-to-day management of operations, including staffing, financial oversight, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between practice staff, clinical providers, and hospital leadership, overseeing administrative workflows, practice performance, and process improvement initiatives. With a deep understanding of healthcare operations, hospital policies, and ambulatory care delivery, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job Summary Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations within a hospital office setting. This role ensures the efficient functioning of administrative processes, managing staff, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the hospital. This role also works closely with senior management to implement policies, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations. Develop, implement, and monitor administrative procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee and manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving operational issues and ensuring adherence to hospital policies. Ensure that administrative practices comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. Address and resolve complex administrative issues and patient concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Healthcare required. Master's Degree preferred. No Experience 5-7 years experience in healthcare administration or related area required. 2-3 years experience in a management or leadership role required.
