Markets opportunities to potential candidates. Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget. Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects. Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations. Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions. Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies. Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity. Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision. Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests. Other duties as assigned.
