We are seeking a Marketing Success Manager to join our Personal Injury marketing team. This position is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and ready to bring a fresh perspective to our current marketing efforts. About the Role: The Marketing Success Manager will play a key role in helping generate new cases through strategic marketing initiatives. This includes managing social media engagement within the firm, encouraging employees to post and repost firm-related content, and supporting overall brand visibility. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Personal Injury space • Encourage and manage internal employee participation in social media posting • Create or oversee production of marketing materials, graphics, and digital content • Utilize AI tools, design platforms, or similar resources to elevate the firm’s marketing presence • Monitor performance analytics and recommend improvements • Collaborate with the existing marketing team to implement new ideas and campaigns Qualifications: • Experience in marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment • Comfortable motivating and guiding employees to engage with social media initiatives • Familiarity with AI tools, graphic design software, or digital content creation • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills • Ability to bring new ideas and drive consistent brand messaging Compensation: $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
