BIMaire is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation, training, and ongoing support of Kova Solutions, an ERP software designed specifically for homebuilders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, software, and client relationships. You’ll work closely with homebuilder clients to understand their workflows, configure the software to meet their needs, train end users, and provide post-implementation support to ensure long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead and support ERP software implementations for homebuilder clients Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations Work with clients to map current-state and future-state business processes Configure Kova Solutions to align with client needs and best practices Deliver end-user training (remote and/or onsite) and create training materials Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams Assist with data validation, testing, and go-live activities Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation and support processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role Experience working with ERP systems or business software implementations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities Preferred Experience Experience in the homebuilding, construction, or real estate industry Familiarity with ERP modules such as accounting, job costing, purchasing, scheduling, or CRM Experience delivering software training or user onboarding SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience is a plus (not required) Busienss Unit - BIMaire Our passion is simple, and it's been our focus since 1956.
