Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, perform variance analysis, and support forecasting and scenario modeling.
Requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, CPA preferred, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
The Senior Analyst – Consolidations & FP&A is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly consolidated financial reporting, driving forecasting and planning processes for the corporate financial statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure compliance with GAAP. Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis. Assist with Corporate Statutory Reporting and Tax Binder Lead preparation of monthly forecasts and annual plans, including corporate balance sheet and cash flow projections. Manage planning templates and coordinate inputs from business units. Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis. Deliver timely reporting packages monthly. Analyze performance against plan and forecast; communicate key drivers to leadership. Required Qualifications: BS/BA/BBA (Accounting) with CPA preferred. 3-5 years of experience, preferably from Public Accounting Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven ability to establish and build relationships across an organization. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work effectively with associates at varying levels across the Company. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool a plus.
