Lead Analyst, Sales Commission Key Responsibilities Administer and manage sales team incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts to eligible staff Maintain data accuracy within incentive compensation systems and tools Audit incentive data and payout results to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies Assist with documentation, templates, and system updates for compensation plans and participant information Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, etc) to ensure incentive programs comply with internal policies and business objectives Provide ad-hoc compensation data, reporting, and insights to business leaders as needed Requirements Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Human Resource, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in incentive administration or sales/business operations Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, particularly when analyzing incentive results Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point Experience Preferred Experience with incentive compensation management tools (e.g. Xactly, Varicent, Callidus, etc.) Knowledge of Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
