As Manager of Business Transformation, you will lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence, foster innovation, and improve organizational agility. Responsibilities/Expectations: Leads the coordination and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and executive priorities Establishes and maintains governance frameworks, including performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and outcomes. Identify potential risks and issues across programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders and external partners to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and overcome resistance to change, promoting a culture of innovation and agility Defines and tracks KPIs to measure transformation impact, provides regular progress/risk updates to executive leadership, and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices Develops and executes change strategies that support adoption of new ways of working, processes, and systems ultimately minimizing disruption and maximizing impact Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, MIS or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting, Process Improvement Preferred: Master’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, MIS or a related field and fifteen (15) years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting, Process Improvement with a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience Other Requirements: Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and excels at leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in dynamic environments Proficient in project management methodologies and tools Preferred: Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics About Houston (Williams Tower Location): Our Houston office is located in the Williams Tower, just steps from the Houston Galleria on Post Oak Boulevard, an area with more than 700 retailers, fine dining and hotels within two square miles.
