We measure our success by our ability to develop relevant positioning and messaging, create innovative demos that bring our product use cases to life, and drive programs that bring new customers into the business. We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and a skill for translating our current and future capabilities into compelling stories. You are a big picture innovator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling content to support our customers, partners, and sales teams. You are comfortable both producing and presenting live demos, messaging, and enablement to our internal and customer audiences. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other marketers, product managers, sales teams, and more. You’ll partner across this large cross-functional team to showcase Salesforce through the lens of Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance. Responsibilities Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging. Roadmap our product strategy to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Partner closely with industry product marketers, campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers to drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline. Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete portfolio of products. Keep current with technology trends and incorporate new technologies into our keynotes and demos. Partner with Solution Engineering and Product Management to create high quality demo assets for our website and events Required Skills 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company focused on financial services, or directly at a financial services institution Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus. Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, Core Banking and Insurance Platforms, Middle Office Automation or homegrown solutions Expertise in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our corporate messaging, to owning the technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content. Preferred Skills Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment. A natural collaborator with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Video design and editing skills including the ability to record and produce polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or FinalCut.
