As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a critical part in consolidating monthly results into insights that influence executive decision-making. Where you come in: You consolidate Global Commercial results across all regions into a clear, cohesive story that supports executive decision-making. You execute monthly revenue reporting, including ASP analysis, Price Volume Mix (PVM), revenue/volume trends, and related performance metrics. You support the creation of monthly Executive Management Business Reviews and contribute to high-quality reporting materials for leadership. You provide meaningful insights in quarterly reporting decks, helping executives understand current business performance against historical data and forecast expectations. You identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and drive efficiencies by bringing intellectual curiosity and a process-improvement mindset to every task. What makes you successful: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and you bring a willingness to learn new data tools and systems as the team evolves. You understand core finance principles and can navigate financial statements with confidence. You bring excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and clearly articulate insights. You are comfortable analyzing large data sets, drawing meaningful conclusions, and translating them into actionable recommendations for the business. You manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy, organization, and composure in a fast-paced environment. Travel Required: 5-15% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 – 5years of related experience. Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
