They are looking for a Junk and Route Sales Associate who will provide excellent customer service, operate company trucks, and assist in sales and removal of items in the Austin area. Responsibilities • Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer. • Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Austin and surrounding areas. • Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings. • Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial. • Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Austin community. Skills • A positive mindset and eagerness to help others. • 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. • Enjoy meeting and helping people every day. • Driven and motivated to achieve goals. • Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly. • Clear and confident communication skills. • Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
