We're looking for energetic Truck Team Members who enjoy being physically active, love meeting new people, and thrive on getting things done. What's in it for you? Perks & Benefits: • Benefits - Health, Dental, and Vision • 401K Matching after 1 year • Paid training to get you started strong • Monday Meetings: Chick-fil-A Day (Morning meeting) • Take home treasures you find during your day (the fun part!) • Referral bonuses-get paid for bringing in great team members! • Team competitions with bonuses for top performers • Real growth opportunities within the company • Company uniforms (shirt/hat) A Day in the Life: • Drive: You'll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers. • Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck. • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile. • Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets). • Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible. • Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business-smart, efficient, and on-point! What You Bring: • 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility) • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years) • A great attitude and a goal-driven mindset • Comfort with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly • Reliability and a strong work ethic Ready for a Fun and Rewarding Job?
