Overview BloomNet is seeking a passionate and driven Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our team and help grow and support our customer base across the floral industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. As an ARM for the North Texas & Oklahoma territory, you will play a key role in supporting our florists, driving adoption of BloomNet programs, and ensuring long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with BloomNet florists across Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and surrounding areas. • Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to promote and educate on BloomNet's offerings. • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of BloomNet's products and services. • Implement a structured follow-up process for each opportunity to drive conversions. • Manage the entire sales cycle-from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product features. • Leverage insights to position BloomNet competitively in the market. • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to accurately track interactions, manage pipelines, and report key sales metrics. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support client needs. • Participate in trade shows and industry events to grow brand visibility and identify new business opportunities. • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to contribute to a collaborative environment. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years of experience in outside sales or account management. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-first mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%). • Reliable transportation required. The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
