Job title: Digital Product Lead (Manager) iCare Exchange Location: Cambridge, MA About the Job As Digital Product Lead (Manager) iCare Exchange within our Digital team, you will play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions of patients around the world. Join Sanofi Digital! iCare Exchange is the heart of the iCare Patient relationship management platform, supporting Sanofi Patient Programs with 49 vendor partners and 112 integrations (API, Batch & App Exchange). The Digital Product Lead (Manager) iCare Exchange is responsible for digital product co-development with US therapeutic areas, digital product roadmap planning and analytics, digital product delivery through Agile methodology (either through internal resources and/or external partnerships), and business impact measurement. Strong collaboration and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs will be critical to ensure iCare supports the requirements of relevant cross-functional business partners in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working with multiple matrix teams, including external vendors. Main Responsibilities Responsible for managing the roadmap for a defined set of integrations (High Touch Therapeutic Areas), or project stream related to patient service program integrations Define, prioritize and partner with the Digital iCare exchange product line owner to plan, prepare roadmaps Manages backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort, for release definition Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, vendors, System integrator on Digital Integration requirements and technical documentation Define, Review and Approve iCare exchange stories, requirements in Jira Manage delivery of associated area of responsibility, ensuring proper end to end test cases are prepared and executed prior to release Prepare metrics and KPIs to ensure successful execution of integration services and business value Responsible to ensure GXP, Validated features comply with defined standards, documentation and release with related approvals for Compliance, Legal and Regulatory purposes Education: Bachelor's degree required – preferably in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred About You 6+ years of total professional experience building complex digital solutions, of which at least 4+ years must include integration experience (AWS, Informatica, Layer 7, Salesforce technologies) and at least 2+ years must be in pharmaceutical or biotech industry Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and Microsoft tools – Excel, Powerpoint Understanding of GXP and validated environments- Experience managing external vendors preferred Working knowledge of the regulatory environment (REMS, GXP, validated environments) Business acumen and business partnering skills Application design and integration expertise Compliance of computerized systems (REMS, GDPR, PHI, PII, GXP) Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
