Description Summary: The Operations Manager- Fraud is responsible for the management of all operations activities for a specified industry grouping or major geographic region. Manages through supervisors and/or subordinate managers. Duties & Responsibilities: Establishes long and short term strategic plans for the group/region that are in support of corporate goals and objectives. Implements new policies and procedures to make the group/region more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology. Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the group/region's fiscal and production performance. Other duties as assigned.
