Maintains growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, and software and hardware inventory. Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements. Supports media management through internal methods and procedures or through offsite storage and retrieval services. Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting. Maintains production change control schedule and participates in change control. Schedules application installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Implements application enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating System Deployment and Management with Microsoft SCCM and Intune) Strong application packaging and software distributions skills Experience with Intune and co-management (SCCM + Intune hybrid environments) Azure AD / Hybrid AD configurations and device management Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies 3-5+ years hands-on experience Intune/SCCM administration in enterprise environments 2nd/3rd level support for Windows Operating systems environments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication for working across security, infrastructure, and client teams Ability to participate in on-call rotation Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related certifications Strong PowerShell automation Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
