We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Manager with a proven track record of generating high-quality credit repair leads and delivering a strong ROI through paid advertising. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced credit repair marketing professional with 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube, with the goal of generating qualified credit repair leads that convert into clients. You should have a deep understanding of the credit repair audience, compliance requirements, and lead generation funnels that actually convert in this space. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns specifically for credit repair lead generation. • Strategize, launch, and optimize ads to achieve target CPL, CPA, and ROI benchmarks. • Design and test creative assets, copy, and landing pages tailored to credit repair consumers. • Implement effective retargeting and lookalike campaigns to scale results. • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing weekly reports on key metrics. • Stay compliant with all advertising regulations related to credit repair marketing (CFPB, FTC, Meta ad policies, etc.). • Collaborate with our team to ensure lead quality aligns with sales goals and conversion metrics. Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience in paid marketing, with direct experience running ads for credit repair companies (required). • Demonstrated ability to generate profitable, high-quality leads for credit repair services. • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Strong understanding of credit repair compliance and ad restrictions. • Proven track record of achieving measurable ROI. • Self-starter with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar lead funnels. • Familiarity with CRM automation and tracking lead flow to close. • Strong copywriting or ad creative strategy skills for the credit repair niche.
