Candidates should have 3-5 years of industry-related experience and in-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

What you need: Three to five (3-5) years of industry related work experience. In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance. Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations, such as NFPA standards. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team, allocate resources effectively, and drive results. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze deficiencies and propose effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare detailed reports and interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to pass various background checks. Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle. Desirable (but not required): Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience in conducting inspections or assessments of fire protection systems.
