Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within specified timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion. Identify project stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues as they arise. Ensure that all project documentation is maintained, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. Evaluate potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines. Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder management. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
