As a Customer Service Associate Representative at Freedom Fertility, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers. Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance and payment information. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 19 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
