Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst of Forms Development to join our Product Solutions team. This team has a variety of responsibilities ranging from forms and filings development to technical product implementations across all products. As a Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst on this team, you will work closely with peer Product Management colleagues as well as key partners such as Compliance and Legal to develop policy forms and endorsements for growing and managing our product portfolio. You will gain exposure to all products and markets at MSI! Key Responsibilities: Support policy form and endorsement development and management across all lines of business Research, design and provide support for launching new products and/or features Understand new insurance regulations and changes in the regulatory environment and their impact across all lines of business Partner with Compliance to file and implement state required form changes to existing programs Develop new contractual language to meet the demand for new and innovation coverage Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management colleagues, Compliance and Legal colleagues) and external partners (e.g. regulators, carrier contacts) to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Related experience in insurance product management and process improvement. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry Well organized with a strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat software Desire to solve problems, think analytically and make things better High degree of comfort assessing and working across a variety of technology platforms Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Ability to work as a team player to deliver results effectively and efficiently to a variety of customers #LI-BM1 #LI-REMOTE Click here for some insight into our culture!
