Highly regarded global Alternative Investment firm is seeking a very sharp, loyal and committed Executive / Personal Assistant with 10+ years' experience out of a very fast-paced investment firm to support a highly respected Executive. Heavy gatekeeping and prioritizing of Executives' schedules. Organize meetings and international travel coordination, both personal and professional. Must have prior experience supporting an extremely fair but very busy executive who needs a true partner who values hard work and success. Base salary 150-200K base, depending upon experience, plus bonus. Bachelors' degree required.
