We are looking to add a part time, Contractor to manage of paid media budget. What You’ll Do Own strategy and execution of Google Search, YouTube, Display, and social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) ad campaigns Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) Develop and test keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and creative variations Manage conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4,) and work with developers or analysts to troubleshoot Regularly report on performance and deliver insights to inform budget decisions, channel expansion and promotion efficacy. Coordinate ad, creative, and landing page A/B testing in collaboration with design and developers. What we're looking for: 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns (Search, Display, Meta Feed/Stories). Proven track record in improving ROAS and lowering CPA through structured experimentation. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign attribution modeling. Experience managing $50K–$200K/month budgets. Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions. Clear communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders Bonus points for: Experience in telecom, subscription services, or highly competitive verticals. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Looker, Wisepops, and Google Tag Manager. Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
