The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Compensation Consultant for the Supply Chain and Regulatory and Quality (RAQA) Functions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the process of evaluating jobs within the business to ensure roles are properly classified. Conducting salary market pricing analysis to ensure competitive compensation. Serving as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues and leadership, providing consultation and solutions on a wide range of compensation-related issues, including compensation structures, salary increases, promotions, and pay equity. Designing and delivering compensation training and educational resources to business leaders and HR teams, ensuring they have a solid understanding of compensation structures, processes and policies. Providing guidance on recognition and retention programs. Owning and/or supporting various compensation processes across the organization, such as annual compensation planning, salary benchmarking, incentive program management, compensation communications, pay equity and other key compensation initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. Acting as liaison between business units and the central compensation team, ensuring seamless communication, accurate data flow, and alignment of compensation strategies with business needs. Collaborating with internal partners such as other areas of HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Sourcing on projects, processes and issue resolution. Support compensation transformation initiatives as required. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher AND eight (8) years of global compensation experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of global compensation experience in a private, public, government, or military environment In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Three (3) years of global compensation consultant experience Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Deep knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and salary survey data Communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Teams, Excel Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy Propensity to improve and simplify processes Work location: Remote - United States Travel: May include up to [10%][domestic/international] Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
