The Partner Success Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to drive revenue and improve customer experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners to understand their goals, identify areas for growth, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. By leveraging your expertise in communication technologies, you will guide partners through onboarding, product implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied. Become a key player in our mission to empower businesses as part of a team that embraces innovation and excellence in communication technology! Your Role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to understand their business objectives and challenges. Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to partners on Sangoma's products, tools, and resources. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to assess their success and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with partners to create success plans that outline actionable goals, milestones, and expected outcomes. Assist partners in implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through effective use of Sangoma’s products and solutions. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, advocating for partners' needs and bringing feedback back to improve our offerings. Monitor partner performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to help partners optimize their sales strategies. Organize webinars, workshops, and events to enhance partner education and engagement. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure partners are informed and competitive in the market. Address any partner concerns or challenges promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction. 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify partner needs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to monitor partner performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet partner needs. Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
