We are seeking a motivated professional to join Sangoma, a leader in business communications, as an Account Manager. In this role, you will drive success through strategic channel partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our product offerings to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies that drive account growth and enhance service delivery. Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to assess performance, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with their business goals. Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze account activities, sales performance, and customer feedback. Provide insights to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends to help inform product enhancements and new offerings. Provide the Regional Channel Manager and partners with the customer needs and growth strategies. 3+ years of experience in account management or customer relations, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector. Strong knowledge of VoIP technology and related products is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and drive results. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the channel ecosystem is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
