Collins Aerospace Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) is looking for an individual who is familiar with fixed price and time/material contracts related to Commercial, International, and Development efforts. You will work closely with the Value Stream Manager and other IPT team members. You will participate in the proposal process, serving as a Contract's lead, providing advice and counsel to the program team, leading negotiations with the customer and ensuring proper execution of contracts and agreements. Additionally, you will provide all post-award contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, corporate policies and best practices. You will have the ability to provide contractual guidance and be capable of executing in a fast-paced, high impact/visible environment What You Will Do Maintain and organize Contracts Audit Artifacts. Draft, interpret and manage contract documents in support of Contracts and the Business Unit. Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements. Ensure coordination with the customer program team. Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements. Adhere to and comply with standard work processes. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization. Liaison between internal and external customers. Proposal Management and Business Risk Mitigation. Account Receivable Management. Manage customer interface and correspondence. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
