Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management and a deep understanding of the clearing and custody industry. A bachelor's degree and a FINRA Series 7 license (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days) are required.

About the Role RQD* is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring their needs are understood, their issues resolved, and their experience with RQD* is transparent and solutions oriented. You'll work with all members of the organization to ensure that our clients' needs are met with an internal team of people eager to provide solutions and exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high tough relationships and communication with our client base Act as a client advocate for small or large critical issues of the client base. Interact with all departments to ensure our clients needs can be met . Proactively communicate updates, enhancements, and opportunities that align with each client’s goals. Regularly meet with clients to strengthen relationships and provide strategic guidance. Prepare and lead impactful client meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives and next steps. Track and manage client requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear status updates. Maintain KPI’s regarding the clients business Negotiate contractually with clients to maintain the business. Continuously build knowledge of market trends, client business models, and the broader clearing ecosystem. Represent RQD* to all levels of the client from entry level to executive level discussions. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in relationship management or related experience Deep understanding of clearing and custody industry and the technology Bachelors degree FINRA Series 7 license required (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This position follows a remote location with preference to travel to visit clients in Chicago and New York.
