<p><strong>SharePoint Developer (SPFx & React)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Developer with expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React to design, develop, and maintain custom web solutions and applications for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing and deploying SharePoint Online solutions, combined with the ability to write clean, efficient, and modular JavaScript/TypeScript code using modern frameworks such as React. This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating user-friendly, scalable, and secure SharePoint applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Design & Development:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Develop custom web parts, extensions, and applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and related technologies.</li><li>Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with SharePoint Online or on-premises systems.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Customization & Enhancement:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Customize and enhance SharePoint Online features to align with business needs, including workflows, forms, and system integrations.</li><li>Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of SharePoint solutions.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Integration & APIs:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Integrate custom SharePoint solutions with external systems via REST APIs, Graph APIs, and third-party services.</li><li>Maintain connectivity with Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Debugging & Support:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint applications and services.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Collaboration & Communication:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design technical specifications, and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.</li><li>Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
