<p>We are offering an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Deployment Engineer</strong> in Tukwilla, Washington. This role is pivotal in keeping pace with market demand and the evolution of our software products. Although the position is predominantly remote, occasional travel may be required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong>:</p><p>• Analyze system requirements and develop custom application profiles and workflows</p><p>• Oversee the installation, upgrade, and deployment of EvidenceOnQ and other FileOnQ software applications</p><p>• Balance project scope, timeline, risks, and issues across multiple simultaneous projects</p><p>• Facilitate data migration from previous systems into our database, integrating with the client's existing legacy system</p><p>• Craft custom reports, SQL stored procedures, triggers, and workflow configurations</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor applications to achieve their objectives</p><p>• Recommend solutions that satisfy client needs and desired functionalities</p><p>• Contribute to the sales cycle when needed by gathering requirements, formulating delivery approaches, and developing proposals/SOW</p><p>• Provide technical and software application support within law enforcement</p><p>• Maintain a SQL Server environment and demonstrate proficiency in writing SQL scripts and queries</p><p>• Handle technical support calls from customers using remote desktop tools</p><p>• Track support issues using a ticketing system</p><p>• Prioritize and multitask effectively</p><p>• Employ strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Core Benefits: </u></strong></p><p><strong>M/D/V </strong></p><p><strong>ST/LT/Disability Insurance</strong></p><p><strong>Retirement Plan</strong></p><p><strong>PTO/Holidays/Sick Time</strong></p>
