Position Overview: We’re looking for a resourceful Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This is a cross-functional role that touches every part of the business including Human Resources, Finance, and Operations. You’ll be part of a small but high-impact team, where collaboration, flexibility, and a hands-on mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: Support critical operational initiatives to mature the organization. Document critical processes in collaboration with functional leaders and driving their adoption across the organization. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and ways to better enable our teams Contribute to recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, managing candidate communications, and coordinating interviews Process employee expense reimbursements. Coordinate with executive leadership to develop materials for board meetings and strategic communications. Partner with HR to proactively cultivate the Razorhorse culture through team events, team learning and development initiatives, and company brand initiatives Champion new technology adoption and best practices in coordination with Technology Operations. Collaborate with HR and Finance to complete all critical company filings and record keeping. Maintain critical financial operations and reporting in collaboration with Finance. Partner with the Deal Team to improve the intimacy of our client relationships Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role. Experience working across various functions (e.g., talent acquisition, compliance, project coordination, administrative operations), with the ability to switch between tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage internal relationships. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all areas of operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting talent acquisition processes, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Experience collaborating with functional leaders and executives to drive strategic initiatives Direct project management leadership experience with thoroughly scoped and approved initiatives.
